The Buffalo Bills tweeted that the team is scheduled to hold a private workout with Florida State's EJ Manuel on Saturday. This comes one day after the Bills were slated to work out West Virginia quarterback Geno Smith.

Smith widely is regarded as the top prospect under center, but Manuel has risen in the eyes of Mike Mayock, the NFL Network draft analyst who vaulted the mobile signal-caller to No. 2, behind Smith, on his position-by-position rankings. Manuel is seen as a raw, but intriguing athlete with experience in the read-option.
"You know I don't like this quarterback class,
so if I'm going to make a mistake, I finally decided I'm going to make a
mistake with a kid with size, arm talent and athletic ability, and I
