Buffalo Bills "Five Unsigned Draft Picks" Training Camp Day 1

The Buffalo Bills as early as Friday evening still have there top five draft picks unsigned. There are reports that Bills Shawn Nelson fourth round draft has yet, to sign along with the Bills first round draft picks Aaron Maybin and Eric Wood. The have also, have not signed there second round draft picks Jarius Byrd and Andy Levitre. Jim Overdorf and Russ Brandon negotiating teams are talking to all the parties and are hopeful that all "five draft picks" will be in training camp real soon. It might take some time for the Bills to sign there draft picks because of July 25 start to training camp and the market has not been set for the first and second round draft picks. The Bills management will have to wait until the domino's start falling when draft picks ahead of Aaron Maybin start signing contracts. The Bills management said that they are not going to negotiate any differently then they would normally do because they are the first team NFL Club to open training camp. The two most important Draft picks not signed are Eric Wood and Andy Levitre because the Offensive Line is in serious trouble after losing Pro Bowl Tackle Jason Peters to Philadelphia in a off season trade. Wood and Levitre are expected to compete for staring positions against veterans Curt Chambers and Seth McKinney. This will give Chambers and McKinney the inside track to winning both starting positions. Finally, these holdout rookies will not win a starting position on the Buffalo Bills in a local hotel room waiting to get signed to a contract. They must sign a quickly ass possible so, they can win a starting position. Buffalo Bills Blitz will be out at St. John Fisher in Rochester, New York. Have a great time at Bills Training Camp 2009.
