Buffalo Bills Training Camp Day 2

The Buffalo Bills offense played extremely well Sunday Mourning. The Bills quarterbacks played well even though there was a lot of pressure put on the Quarterbacks. Perry Fewell defense appeared to be making more pressure calls through the course of out teams segment of practice. It starts up front with myself and Geoff Hangartner recognizing what the front is and where are the Linebackers are and I have to be on the same page with my receivers in where the secondary is says, Trent Edwards. I know that our defense does a great job disguising those things and disguising those fronts. Edwards beat the blitz on one play as he, took two steps to the right and flicked a pass underneath to Terrell Owens who was across the field. Trent also, hit Lee Evans down the sidelines for a big gainer despite some pressure coming off the edge. Kyle Williams, Chris Kelsay and Copeland Bryant also, teamed up coming of different angles to pressure or sack Bills Quarterbacks. Lee Evans and Terrell Owens were busy men in practice today because they received the bulk of the passing plays with the first team unit. Evans have been working in the intermediate are of the football field in the first few practices. Edwards meanwhile, found Evans and Owens on deep wide open touchdown passes against a confused Bills Secondary. Overall Edwards was pretty happy with the progress that he has made with the corps of wideouts in terms of re-establishing the timing and rhythm. Defensively, Leodis McKelvin had a pass break up. Spencer Johnson and Kyle Williams had quarterback pressures and the move of the day by Williams where he tossed a lineman and pressured the Quarterback. Aaron Schobel also had a Quarterback pressure. Terrence McGee had a pass break up on a throw intended to Owens. Ellis Lankaster had a interception on a pass thrown to Stevie Johnston. Finally, Ko Simpson notched his first interception of camp on a pass initially deflected by Drayton Florence.
